It gives me tremendous pleasure and does me tremendous honor to announce that IRRESISTIBLE FORCE: THE LIFE AND TIMES OF GORILLA MONSOON has been voted Best Book of 2025 in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Awards.

Thank you to all subscribers who voted! I really and truly did not expect this, as there were so many great and popular books last year. This is the second time I've won this award, the first being in 2022 for Blood and Fire: The Unbelievable Real-Life Story of Wrestling's Original Sheik, which makes me the only person to ever win the award twice as a solo author. Not too shabby.
